1. front glass separating
put the broken lcd on this separator , turn on power button,and use gold wire cutting lcd screen untill the glass separate.
2. Remove the POL Polarizer Film
Turn on LCD Glue Removing Machine and preheat for 5 minutes,then remove the POL film.
Using cleaner remove glue of surface
3. POL Film Lamaniting
Put the lcd above on the pol lamaniting , and press vacumm down button, absorb it on the panel. Tear off the protective film with Easy Tear Sticker. Press button to start POL Film Laminating.
4.OCA Glue Laminating
Tear off the first protective film and align OCA glue with LCD. Press the Pump Down button to absorb OCA glue. Tear off the protective film with Easy Tear Sticker and then go into the OCA Glue Laminating
5. Front Glass Laminating
Tear off the glass lens protective film. Place LCD into the mold, then put it into Vacuum Glass Laminating and Bubble Removing Machine. Press Start button and start glass laminating.it will take 30s at 42℃ to done laminating
6. Bubble Removing
Lay LCD onto the tank, close the cabin door and press Start Button. After bubble removing finishes(about 10 minutes),open the door and take out the LCD
